With a circuit training you perform several exercises for other muscle groups in succession. Because you get (almost) no rest at the end of each exercise, except walking to the next exercise, you also work on your condition. Circuit training therefore has the goal of increasing both your strength and endurance. It is ideal for people who want to lose weight, gain muscle mass and feel fit.

Each small group class is followed by a 15 minute optional Abs Session!
