During our challenging and functional Abs Session, the focus is on strengthening your core consisting of your glutes, abs and back for 15 minutes. Every movement you make finds its origin here and if it is well trained, it keeps your body stable and balanced. A strong core leads to better results, fewer (back) complaints and injuries. Core training is therefore very important!
Our Abs Session is ideal to do before or after another group class or to integrate it into your regular fitness routine as a nice change.
