The aerobics exercises are performed to uptempo Dance music. During the muscle strengthening exercises, the large muscle groups are mainly addressed, so that the fat burning is optimal. Exercises such as lunges, squats, crunches, planks, leg lifts, hip thrusts and push-ups are trained.
