Put on your boxing gloves and join this challenging workout! During the training you will learn various boxing techniques and how to defend yourself against them. At the same time, you will be given various fun strength exercises to get your whole body in shape. For example, kick the pillows, combine your boxing techniques against a punching bag or step into the boxing ring with one of the trainers for a pads workout. To get you off to a good start, there are boxing gloves ready for you to borrow.
