Strong, sexy legs and bums. Who wouldn’t want that? During our Leg Attack, a 30-minute small group class with up to 8 participants, you will use exercises that target your thighs, calves and, of course, your glutes.
Each week, the fitness team provides challenging and varied exercises that you perform in a circuit format. They make sure you are working out in a safe way and they motivate you to get the most out of your results.
Each group fitness class is followed by a 15-minute optional Abs Session!
