Shotokan karate sees self-defence, body movements and tradition come together. This together makes it possible for anyone to practice the sport.
Karate literally means empty hand. It is a form of unarmed self-defence. By mastering techniques, body and mind, you develop a good physical condition, speed and flexibility. Karate also contributes to having a positive self-image and self-confidence.
We practise all parts of Shotokan karate. These different components make for fun and varied lessons.
Respect for each other is a high priority for us, but above all good training and a smile. We train with all levels together so you learn a lot with and from each other.
We look forward to welcoming you to our club!
