Every Tuesday evening from 19:30 to 20:30 trainers are ready to introduce you to Spikeball/Roundnet, a super fast but certainly spectacular sport!
The game is played 2-on-2, with a round net between the two teams. One player starts by serving the ball onto the net, making it pop up to his opponents. As in volleyball, each team is allowed to hit the ball a maximum of three times before it must land back on the net.
Spikeball is a mega fast, spectacular game that can also be used in training for many different other sports. For example, it is a very good training tool for soccer goalkeepers and also volleyball players or tennis players will be able to improve their ball trajectory assessment with it.
