To add to our live group classes that take place in the evenings and at some times on weekends, you can take virtual group classes at all available times. Which group class it will be is entirely up to you! You decide the level, the duration of your workout (10 to 60 minutes) and the type of program.

Virtual group lessons must be reserved via the APP and can be requested on site via the screen located between reception and fitness. The class starts automatically 5 minutes after the request. So you don’t have to do anything for this! All the props you need for the programs are available in our Dance Studio.

You can choose from the ClubJoy programs below:

  • Battle – Inspired by movements from karate, boxing and other martial arts
  • Challenge – Fun, variety and high intensity are key here
  • Core – Strengthen your abdominal, buttock and back muscles
  • Dance – Dance a mix of Latin, hip-hop and street dance
  • Fiesta – Swing yourself into shape with moves from various Latin dance styles
  • Fit & Shape – Improve your coordination, speed, fitness, strength and mental fitness
  • Power – Work out with a barbell and weights
  • Step – Correct your entire figure and work on your fitness
  • Yoga – Work on your body and mind
