Cardio Core is a mix of fitness training and exercises aimed at strengthening the core stability of your body. Your core is simply the whole body minus the arms and legs and consists of abs, back muscles and glutes. Every movement you make finds its origin here and if it is well trained, it keeps your body stable and balanced. A strong core leads to better results, fewer (back) complaints and injuries. Core training is therefore very important!
