The easy-to-learn techniques make it accessible to everyone. It’s not about how beautifully you execute a technique, but how effectively. If you can avoid a fight and get out of the way, then do it! But if you are forced to defend yourself, then almost anything goes.
Every class challenges you to push your limits and apply learned techniques under stress. Do you sometimes feel insecure on the street or have you had an unpleasant experience? Then our self-defence lessons are for you! Our trainer will make you feel more confident about your own strength and dare to resist if necessary.
Note: The lessons are held on a squash court, so please wear clean socks or bring them with you.
