Handball is a ball sport between two teams of seven players each. It is a dynamic sport that involves endurance and responsiveness. There are two main rules: the ball may not be played with the lower leg and foot, and a player may only make three passes with the ball in his hand, after which he must bump or play it on the ground. A handball player has to defend, attack and tries to run free as much as possible. In addition, speed, throwing power and jumping power also play an important role.
