As a new HBO/UNI student, you can try BRESS for free once. To request the free day pass, send an email to info@bress.nl with proof of enrollment or a photo of your student card (with passport photo).
If you have already been to BRESS as a student or are no longer a student, you can purchase a regular day pass for €7.50, which can be bought unlimited times.
(Note: A paid day pass can be purchased unlimited times, while the free day pass is available once. The day pass is valid for fitness, group classes, and indoor sports; squash is excluded. Please note, you have 2 weeks to activate your day pass and reserve your spot.)
Virtuagym is our online sports platform. Download our BRESS app and log in with your Virtuagym data. The app allows you to reserve your spot for all sports in our sports centre (including fitness). In addition, you can record your sports progress, participate in challenges and do workouts. When you buy your BRESS membership online, your Virtuagym account is activated immediately. If you registered at our reception, you will receive an e-mail from Virtuagym with an activation link. Missed the e-mail? Let us know and we will send it again.
Yes, in the BRESS Sports Centre the lockers are located in the corridor at the entrance to the sports hall. You can lock these lockers with a padlock. If you do not have a padlock, you can buy or borrow one at our bar/reception.
If you have lost your BRESS sports card, please report it as soon as possible by e-mail or visit our bar/reception. We will then block your sports card so that no one else can use it. You can then request a new sports card from our reception. The cost of this is €15.
Is your sports card stolen and can you prove this with a police report? Then we will give you your new sports card for free. Being stolen is annoying enough!
With feedback or a complaint, you can approach one of our staff members directly. They are always there for you and will do their utmost to help you on the spot if possible. It is also possible to e-mail your feedback or complaint to info@bress.nl. We aim to answer your e-mail within 1 working day.
